H. Frederick T. Moore

H. Frederick T. Moore joined the MCV Foundation board in 2015.

Fred is president and chief executive officer at Big River Advertising, LLC. He founded Big River in 2001 and has since amassed an impressive list of national and regional clients, including The Virginia Lottery, the 4-H national brand, WellPoint, Harris Williams and Moon Pie.

Fred is a pioneer in the marketing world and is passionate about the need for brand credibility in a customer-driven environment. Fred was born and raised in Lookout Mountain, Tenn., and has served as a thought leader at cutting edge ad agencies, including Publicis, Lintas, Arnold, BBDO NY, and Saatchi & Saatchi NY, while working on some of the world’s largest brands, including Pepsi, IBM and Procter & Gamble.

He is a graduate of Washington and Lee University and is a member of the Forbes Agency Council.
